it's a 250 watt halide over this tank. even if we are not getting all the light we could out of this fixture, don't you think it should be sufficient to keep most anything?

Yeah, I think so. :) Worse case scenario, the really light demanding corals would have to be in the upper half of the tank. But probably wouldn't be necessary, really.

just an update. new additions are 1 small T. Crocea, eagle eye frag, orange cap, and small birds nest frag.

oh...i almost forgot...she's also holding a small yellow mimic tang for about a month(that's when we hope to have the large tank up and running). he's the only fish in there now.....the purple pseudo leaped to his death. :roll:

also..the sump is on it's way. glass cages as well. i guess we'll get to see their glass and acrylic tanks for ourselves 8O .

Mr. X...I cant believe after you seen those pics of the horrible shotty
workmanship of the GC tank I received...that you would still order from
them!!! Why Oh Why would you give that company your business??

I did get my money back...Paypal/mastercard filed a chargeback with GC's
merchant services company...

I was told from Paypal that the Merchant Services said that they have had so
many chargebacks and complaints about glasscages..they dont even try to
dispute the chargebacks anymore..

well, it was a matter of money. btw, another guy was there the same time as me, and got a perfect tank from them. it's totally hit or miss.
