Yes, the funds will go directly to supporting the operation of this community and our magazine, notably provide us an upgrade path to faster hardware and better software in addition to paying all the wonderful professional writers for AAOLM :)

Well that's good. I never win anything anyway, so I consider it a "donation" LOL

You only have to win once to void the "I never win anything" history :D

Yeah, that was my sentiment. I probably won't win so at least it's going towards supporting my third job, aka RDO. :D ;)

The winning raffle will be randomly drawn on the final day of MACNA 2007 (September 16, 2007). The winner will be notified by email (unless otherwise instructed in his/her Paypal payment). Reefs.org will also post an announcement on this 2007 Ultimate Raffle Giveaway webpage.

I bet right up until they pull the winner since it's on the last day of MACNA :)

We expect noon, 9/16/07, to be the deadline for all raffle ticket purchases. We will then announce the winner at 2 to 4pm that same day.

Nor any of the other 192 countries Wayne and you don't hear any of them complaining now do yah? It's a simple easy to understand reason why. International shipments are an ordeal in themselves. It's just just the money, it's paperwork, legwork, etc. If just shipping within the US, it's a few keystrokes in any easy ship software, a label applied and the driver loads it up.

I just got a PM from a Nigerian fellow. He said he just won one of the RDO raffles, and I can pay him $100 for it via instand wire transfer and have it ship to me. If I decide not to keep it after arrived, he will pay me $200 back for the trouble if I ship it to him. What a lucky day for me!

I'll see if I can make international arrangements. To Canada and Mexico is plausible.

Thanks Len but if that won't work you can change the eligibility to everyone but state that you will only be responsible for shipping cost within the US.

Sure it's done all the time, in fact, I ship to 73 countries, but that is not the point Wayne Ryan.
