mistery fish...

From the eye and gill structure it would apper to be a stingray, as for which species I would have to reference it... any hints
Assimilation of natural aquatic habitats into our habitat.

looks kinda like a blue spotted ray.

Leopard Whipray is the closest thing I could find with the right color and size of spots.
