Short Dorsal Fin on my French and Grey Angel

I have a French and Grey Angel, the are both about 10 inches.
I have noticed their dorsal and anal fins got shorter gradually.
Is this disease or due to bad water conditions (PH)??

can you possibly get a better pic? Also, fin-rot can be the result of many things. Parasites, disease, poor diet, and water quality can all play a role in this. Any other specifics that you can share?
