Please help identify!

I don't know what that is, but I'd sure like you to "identify" what camera you used to take that beautiful picture?

That looks like either a very small bubble tip anemone or some type of ricordia mushroom. I am leaning towards a bubble tip cause of the texture and color of the stalk
These anemones often split and slowly begin to round out again, after being a piece of a former whole. Then again, I aint no marine biologist.
