Looks like the tank is comming along nicely. I am getting the itch again since I have basically stopped traveling.

Thanks Mark. I got the skimmer issues sorted out and overall I'm happy with the tank. When I get time next week I'll post some updated shots.

Just for you Tom, a FTS and a close up of my new aussie elegance. The aussies don't seem to have the issues the indos have, and elegance has been QT'd for a month so I brought it hom. It's looking great so far.

Thanks guys, I have a few more pieces coming in next week and I will have almost everything I want in there. I'd like another skittles-type color acan, a chalice or two and one of these favia

Blimey, that's pretty enough to almost persuade me to put a favia in my next tank. I'm not usually a fan of them...

They have been getting some really nice morphs lately, I like them but they are very aggressive.

Bah, I see it's going to be really painful having a tank in Japan and watching you guys get all the pretty morphs. :x

Actually, I don't so much mind when it's a friend. :P

(warm smile) thank you mate. Wish I could send you some frags, I've got a gracious plenty now of very good stock that I'd share with you.

I know, that's one of the things that will no doubt be frustrating in Japan - not being able to send frags of stuff you guys can't get easily Stateside as well. Luckily one of my friends from Japan, the one who got me into reef tanks in the first place, will be living there when I get back, so I will have a small opportunity to swap.

Well, we'll have to swap eye candy on here at least. I have a lot to pay you back for!

Great looking tank! I love the Solanas, and had considered getting one myself.

Nice choice of corals, too. I looooove that little Favia! 8)

Hey, give the pics a look, if you see any zoas/palys you want let me know. The acans are still too small to frag :( but you are welcome to anything else...quid pro quo as it were.

Thanks to JohnHenry, I have a few more frags for my now crammed nano  . Have to move some stuff around, but JH sent me a lovely frag of that Leptastrea, a huge green slimer, some orange monti cap and some zoas. I'll move things around over the weekend and take a few FT shots...
