The beginnings of a flash media career no doubt. Congrats Rich!

BTW, I always find the weird acronyms for US TV/radio stations quite bemusing. :)

Are you referring to the call letters, Tom? I don't know how they're assigned.
Thales wrote:Ah, some KQED things. Local PBS. :D

Means I'll probably miss it. Darn. Record it!

They either start with a K or an W (call letters) depending on which coast IIRC. Like WKRP :)

PBS = Public Broadcasting System

XMFM = satellite radio company (brand name, not call letters)

The call sign goes back to the days where short wave/telegraphs/etc needed to identify themselves, the first letter usually a K or W depends what side of the mississippi river the station was located, W for East side (yeah go figure) K for West.

What's a fist cuttle? Is that another name for S. bandensis?

Less of a type of cuttle, more of a spelling error.

I saw nothing in there about your generally disagreeable nature, Rich. :lol:

Awesome, I read the AA article the other day too. Aside from their short life span seem like fun little critters.
