Im in the process to seting up a home based business. Im in Puerto Rico and I want to know if you can direct me to some wholesaler that could sell to me. I already has SeaDwelling and Underwater. Any others that you know.

My understanding is I don't need any permit. In my conversations with the stores here, I know they receive specimens from the 2 wholesaler I mentioned earlier and don't need any permits. There is some goverment movement to regulate this but nothing concrete yet.

Hmm do you have to have a CITES export permit. I know PR is a proctectorate of US similar to Guam so I would assume you can just ship to em.
