I watched an old documentary on the pioneering of this "sport"... one of the founders was a guy that had simply **** himself up too badly to ski anymore..
This was his safe alternative.

Not only could you wind up landing face-first into a cliff but it looks like there were a couple of near collisions in the air.

This is my own hybrid. It's a mix between Kentucky Bluegrass and Northern California sensimila. The great thing about this is you can play 36 holes on it in the morning and then get stoned to the bejeesus with it that night

I just watched it again. If I tried that I would not need the smoke because I would be leaving a trail of poop and yellow snow all the way down the mountain. Of course that is assuming I didn't wipe out before I even had a chance to catch any air. I would most likely be more like this.
