I noticed that my yellow tang has a pinched stomach and it is consistent on both sides of his body. I remember reading that this is caused by cyanide. Can someone confirm this for me?? Is there any treatments for this, or will he waste away in time????

Doubt it was cyanide, most are hand/net caught. Is it eating? Was it eating at the store?

Yes, hopefully it is eating, that is starvation. Feed many small feedings of a good spirulina flake, nori, etc. Live brine may get him eating if he is not.
