How much more heat, if any does a 400 watt MH give off than a 250 watt MH?I would be using 6500K's

The wattage rating of a MH lamp is determined by how many watts of power the lamp consumes during operation (current x voltage). Since most of the watts are dissipated as heat, the heating difference is going to be close to the 400/250 ratio you would expect.
