That's an Alpheus sp.
What are the pros ?
They're reef safe, though they do feed on pods they readily accept most aquarium fare, they form a symbiotic relationshtp with Amblyeleotris, Cryptocentrus and Stonogobiops Gobies and are very entertaining critters.
What are the cons ?
They do tend to tunnel but then if kept with Gobies they also will and spred sand all over, are reclusive so you may not see it very often and if you're a light sleeper they may wake you up in the middle of the night with their snapping. ;-)

A LFS by me has a couple of these. They look a lot better in real life than in the pic. I would get one but they want $60 for one. Too much for me to spend on a shrimp.
