Hey Dan, it's hard to believe that the anthias in the full tank shot at the top of the article is the same as the one below, and I notice that you mention its color loss.

Do you think any of this might have to do with such bright light levels? However, I haven't ever heard this same condition from others who keep them in higher light setups. Just a thought...

I really don't know, but my guess is that its dietary. I believe in Righty's tank profile he showed one that looked about as faded as mine.
