beasle showed how ignorant he is re: the behavior of light in tanks that get deeper, and used his misunderstanding of gravity to try and illustrate that he wasn't ignorant about light, when shown that he was
unfortunately-he made incredibly boneheaded statements illustrating that his understanding of physics (basic newtonian) is just as aweful as his grasp of lighting issues, especially in a freshwater tank setup
