r/o tank filtration system

Postby douggiestyle » April 28th, 2006, 11:04 pm

seems i read a product review on a filtration system that uses an r/o membrane or two and some other fancy gadgetry to do a continuous water change
bones mend, pain is temporary and chicks dig scars.

R.O. membranes would remove the salt along with the 'impurities'. That's basically how desalination units work on boats, etc.

You might be thinking of the Dialyseas units which uses the technology typically utilized to clean blood. Quite a scheme, and very problematic.
