I really enjoyed this article. I scanned it because I read a prior one, so I sort-of knew for what I was looking.

What I would have liked to see on that very last graph would have been a color coding relating toxicity of the element/trace element (significance) in the blank cells. Specifically, if a salt mix was way off towards a toxic level, a cell could be a red color (and perhaps a % difference from NSW). i.e. A better informed decision could be made via one table.

Just my 2c and thanks for such a great study...
