Jim Bridenstine?!

This is just too much. Scott Pruitt, then Ryan Zinke and now Bridenstine?!

This man is running this country into the ground.

NASA has always teetered between being a military institution and a scientific institution. I think NASA has been its best when it has curious and explored. Mr. Bridenstine has been pretty candid about his intent to militarize NASA and leave the science to private enterprise -- which seldom sees much beyond the fiscal year-end.

NASA got a boost in the budget this year. Bridenstine is not that much into science, so it is not surprising that he does not believe in global warming. I am just glad that he is not a flat-earther. Don't you think it will be very funny if we have a flatearther running NASA?

Why not? We have a lawyer that has made a career out of opposing the EPA heading the EPA. We have a lobbyist that made a career out of trying to destroy public education heading the department of education.

Seems like the logical extension.

I think that illusion is created when one party is unacceptably bad and the other utterly atrocious. You get desensitized to the daylight between them.
