looks like some sort of hawkfish to me...spotted hawkfish or dwarf hawkfish would be my guess

I agree. (Cirrhitichthys aprinus) I've seen it called a Spotted Hawkfish

I believe it's a Heteractis magnifica, but hard to tell for certain :D
